i spent a long time on this piece, i wanted it to look good, well i always want my work to look good, but you know what i mean...
Kafele is a Tomb robber as i think the title and the picture suggests, anyway i made this charecter up with refrences used for the pose. im really pleased with the way he came out and i had fun designing all his clothes ^__^
His name Kafele means to die for, which i think suited him perfectly, because he lives for stealing treasures and would probably die for it too haha. i stacked piles of gold behind him(which took ages to draw) to show how he bought all those pretty clothes and that he does steal stuff.
i saw this beautiful picture of a scarab beetle and just had to draw it in the corner, i mae up the colour myself.
the background is like the walls of an Egyptian tomb, i put the Eye of Horus cause y'know its supposed to watch for tomb thieves and stuff, just thoguht it wasa good idea ^_^ bleh the scanner sorta destroyed parts of his hair -.-'
